What is included in the monthly fee?
Your membership covers my full range of professional services: wellness exams, sick visits, chronic disease management, and direct access to me via text, phone, or portal. It also gives you access to pre-negotiated discounted labs, imaging, and many medications.
Do I need insurance to join?
I don’t bill insurance companies, which is exactly what allows me to provide such personalized care. While my practice is ideal for everyone regardless of coverage, I still recommend maintaining a plan for major emergencies or hospitalizations.
What is not included with the monthly fee?
Outside costs like labs, imaging, medications, and hospital stays. However, I have negotiated "wholesale" cash rates for labs and imaging that are often significantly cheaper than insurance co-pays. I also carry some medications in the clinic which can be provided to you at a cost often lower than you would get them at a retail pharmacy. Procedures may incur a small additional fee which covers the cost of supplies and pathology if needed.
What is the commitment?
No long-term contracts. Your first month’s payment is due before your initial appointment. We bill quarterly, and you can cancel at any time (though fees already paid are non-refundable)
